  • Dave Ostercamp

    Lead Pastor

    Pastor Dave and his family moved to the Linwood area in July of 2011 and he started pastoring at Linwood Covenant Church August 1st of that year. He is married to Anita, and they have four adult children; Emily, Alise, Luke, and Natalie. 


    Anita and Dave love hosting friends at their house, competing in board games, and traveling when they can. In his free time he loves to play basketball, golf, softball and most any other sport that has been invented.


    Dave earned a Bachelor of Science in Youth Ministry from the University of Northwestern (MN) in 1996. He then graduated with a Masters of Divinity Degree from North Park Theological Seminary in 2011.

  • Chris Kelly

    ASsociate PAstor of Youth &                                          Family Ministries

    Pastor Chris has been serving Linwood Covenant Church since 2013. He and his wife Kay, were married in 2005 and have four children; Eliza, James, Tessa, and Cora, as well as a dog named Mozzie and several backyard chickens. 


    Chris enjoys coaching and playing sports, good coffee, walks in the woods, camping, listening to music, traveling to small towns, grilling, designing spaces, and Wisconsin Badger Sports.


    Chris earned his bachelor's degree in Youth Ministry/Bible from the University of Northwestern (MN) in 2005. He then graduated in 2023 with a Master of Arts in Christian Formation and is currently working toward his Spiritual Direction Certificate, both from North Park Theological Seminary.

  • Rachel Hart

    Associate PAstor of Worship

    Rachel started serving at Linwood Covenant Church in 2014 and moved to the area in 2015. She served as the music and worship pastor. She loves planning our worship services and leading our congregation in musical worship! 


    She is married to Evan and together have three children, Elsie Mae, Molly & Titus, who definitely keep them busy! When she is not working, she enjoys reading, playing games, and drinking coffee; all of which are made better when enjoyed with friends!


    Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Ministry from the University of Northwestern (MN) in 2014. She then graduated with a Master of Arts in Christian Formation from North Park Theological Seminary in 2023.

  • Nancy Benser

    LCC Kids Midweek Director

    Nancy and her husband Earl (Tom) have called LCC their church home since 2023, but have lived in the area since 2004. Throughout their marriage they have focused their home life on nurturing their son, Steven, and granddaughter, Elise, —as well as several children from their extended family.  


    Nancy enjoys gardening, yoga, hiking, traveling, time with her large extended family and working with children.  


    Nancy received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Metro State in 2003 and is enrolled at North Parks Theological Seminary studying for her Master of Arts in Christian Formation.

  • Emily Lemmon

    Communications/design Manager

    Emily has been serving LCC since 2018. She and her husband, Jon, spend their time refereeing four busy sons, Caleb, Logan, Landon and Wilder in the Centennial/Lino Lakes community. She is a proud product of the Forest Lake Community.


    In her (non-existent) spare time, she enjoys reading, baking, drinking coffee and dreaming up big projects. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, hanging out with extended family and finding moments of peace in the everyday.


    Emily graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and English from the University of Augustana in 2006.

  • Sarah Reed

    Facility Custodian

    Sarah is the newest member of the LCC team, working as the church's custodian. She started in April 2025.

LCC Lead Team Members

Our Lead Team is composed of members of Linwood Covenant Church that are voted to the team by the Congregation. They are the leaders of the church and together guide us to fulfill the our mission to Seek God, Journey as a Family, and Others.
