  • Dave Ostercamp

    Lead Pastor

    Pastor Dave and his family moved to the Linwood area in July of 2011 and he started pastoring at Linwood Covenant Church August 1st of that year. He is married to Anita, and they have four adult children; Emily, Alise, Luke, and Natalie. 


    Anita and Dave love hosting friends at their house, competing in board games, and traveling when they can. In his free time he loves to play basketball, golf, softball and most any other sport that has been invented.


    Dave earned a Bachelor of Science in Youth Ministry from the University of Northwestern (MN) in 1996. He then graduated with a Masters of Divinity Degree from North Park Theological Seminary in 2011.

  • Chris Kelly

    ASsociate PAstor of Youth &                                          Family Ministries

    Pastor Chris has been serving Linwood Covenant Church since 2013. He and his wife Kay, were married in 2005 and have four children; Eliza, James, Tessa, and Cora, as well as a dog named Mozzie and several backyard chickens. Chris earned his


    Chris enjoys coaching and playing sports, good coffee, walks in the woods, camping, listening to music, traveling to small towns, grilling, designing spaces, and Wisconsin Badger Sports.

  • Rachel Hart

    Associate PAstor of Worship

    Rachel started serving at Linwood Covenant Church in 2014 and moved to the area in 2015. She served as the music and worship pastor. She loves planning our worship services and leading our congregation in musical worship! 


    She is married to Evan and together have three children, Elsie Mae, Molly & Titus, who definitely keep them busy! When she is not working, she enjoys reading, playing games, and drinking coffee; all of which are made better when enjoyed with friends!


    Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Ministry from the University of Northwestern (MN) in 2014. She then graduated with a Master of Arts in Christian Formation from North Park Theological Seminary in 2023.

  • Renee Erickson

    Director of CHildren's Ministry

    Renee was born and raised in the Forest Lake area. In 1984 her and husband, Bob came to Linwood Covenant Church and love everything about it! 


    They have three grown children; Ted, Jill, and Scott, and also have seven grandchildren. Some of her interests include camping, drawing, music, sewing, and reading. 


    She believes that the Lord is good and he has brought her through hard times, and beautiful times!

  • Emily Lemmon

    Communications/design Manager

    Emily started working at LCC in May of 2018. She spends her time outside LCC managing four busy sons, Caleb, Logan, Landon and Wilder, with her husband, Jon, in the Centennial/Lino Lakes community. She has been a part of the LCC Staff since May of 2018 and is a proud product of the Forest Lake Community.


    In her (non-existent) spare time, she enjoys reading, baking, drinking coffee and dreaming up big projects. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, hanging out with extended family and finding moments of peace where she can.


    Emily graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and English from the University of Augustana in 2006.

  • Teresa Nelson

    Facility Custodian

    Teresa is the newest member of the LCC team, working as the church's custodian. She started in April 2024 and is eager get to know Linwood's church family. 


    Teresa is a born Minnesotan but she grew up in Wisconsin and was married in Texas. She has two God-given children, daughter Jada (18) and son Nikolas (20). She currently lives in Ham Lake. 


    Teresa (who is 29 and holding ;-)) stays busy keeping up with her family, her home and planning out life as an empty nester. She's hoping to find more time for travel and getting into back into art!

LCC Lead Team Members

Our Lead Team is composed of members of Linwood Covenant Church that are voted to the team by the Congregation. They are the leaders of the church and together guide us to fulfill the our mission to Seek God, Journey as a Family, and Others.
