Hosted by Linwood Covenant Church, 5K Trail Run gets 2023 Linwood Family Fun Days started off with a bang! Race (open to all fitness levels from avid runner to walker) begins at Linwood Covenant, winds through Linwood School Forest and heads back to LCC! Not a runner? Jog or walk, or both! Wanna bring your kiddo? Grab a stroller. Lots of options that will allow anyone who wants to take part. You can even help at the event if you'd rather cheer from the sidelines (at no cost, of course)!
