Join us Sunday, February 13, to hear about where LCC's ministries soared high and also where we were forced to take a harder look at the church from the inside out. It is through these trials that we become strong, and we are eager to embrace that during this year's Celebration Sunday. It's become a tradition at Linwood Covenant to hold a worship service near the beginning of each year called Celebration Sunday. It's a day that aims to provide the opportunity to look back on the previous year and celebrate what has happened in and around LCC's many ministries. It has always been a morning of fun and, well, celebration. As the staff approached putting together this year's service, "celebration" felt like an odd word to attach to 2021. While there were bright spots to be sure, there was also a lot of struggle, a lot of trial and a lot of hard. So, while the title of the day remains unchanged, this year's service will aim to be intentional about reflecting on that tough stuff, finding gratitude in the rubble and seeking out hope through the gray.
