Hosted by Linwood Covenant Church, 5K trail Run gets 2019 Linwood Family Fun Days started off with a bang! Race (open to all fitness levels from avid runner to walker) begins at Linwood Covenant, winds through marked County Park trails and concludes at the Linwood Town Hall — where you are welcome to enjoy many of the other LFFD activities taking place! Transportation is available from the finish line to Linwood Covenant/your vehicle. Not a runner? Jog or walk, or both! Wanna bring your kiddo? Grab a stroller. Lots of options that will allow anyone who wants to take part. You can even help at the event if you'd rather cheer from the sidelines (at no cost, of course)!
